Reservations and Payments




1. Can I book directly on the website? Is it cheaper than on Booking/Airbnb?



Yes! On our website, you always get the best price and exclusive benefits, such as a 5% discount and early check-in (subject to availability).

2. What payment methods do they accept?



We accept MBWay, Revolut, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and cash on arrival.

3. Is there a security deposit?



We don't require a deposit for short stays. For longer stays, a refundable deposit may be required.

4. What is the cancellation policy?



Free cancellations up to 3 days before arrival. Late cancellations may incur a 50% to 100% fee.

Check-in & Check-out




5. What time is check-in and check-out?



Check-in from 3:30 PM. Check-out until 10:30 AM.

6. Is it possible to check in early or check out late?



Check-in starts at 3:30 PM, provided the room is unoccupied and ready, and I'll be happy to let you in earlier. Check-out until 10:30 AM, if requested in advance and there are no guests arriving on the same day and at that time, can be allowed, provided authorization is given.

7. How does key delivery work?



You'll receive instructions before your arrival. Typically, everything will be done online, with access to codes and open safes at the time. In exceptional circumstances, we'll arrange a personal delivery for your convenience.

8. What should I do at check-out?



Please turn off the lights, close the bedroom door, and leave the keys inside the bedroom door. Unless otherwise stated.

Fees and Costs




9. Is there a municipal tax in Lisbon? How can I pay it?



Yes, a fee of €4 per person/night applies in Lisbon. You can pay via MBWay, Revolut, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

10. Are there extra costs for cleaning or additional guests?



Cleaning is included in the final reservation price. Additional charges may apply for additional guests, depending on the apartment's capacity.

11.Does the apartment include bed linen and towels?



Yes, we provide clean linens and towels for all guests.

12. Is Wi-Fi available? How fast is it?



Yes, we have fast Wi-Fi (fiber) in all apartments.

13. Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?



Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishes, and utensils.In the Lisbon Mouraria Apartment, the kitchen is included in the reservation. In the Bobadela Apartment, the kitchen is an extra charge!

14. Is parking available?



In Bobadela, there's easy free street parking.

In Mouraria, we recommend nearby paid parking lots.

15. Are pets allowed?



We do not accept pets, unless prior agreement is made.

16. How do I get from the airport to the apartment?



You can arrive by taxi, Uber, shuttle, or public transportation. We'll send personalized instructions after booking.

17. What are the nearest public transport options?



Mouraria: Martim Moniz metro and tram 28.Bobadela: train station → 12 min to Lisbon.

18. How long does it take to get to the center of Lisbon?



Mouraria: It's already in the center, and everything is within walking distance.Bobadela: 12 minutes by train to Santa Apolónia or Rossio.

19. Are there supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby?



Yes, in both locations there are local shops within walking distance.
